We're Hiring: Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist - Edison, NJ
About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process. In this pivotal role, you'll partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies, identify top talent, and creatively engage candidates to meet the growing needs of our organization-especially in healthcare-related roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive candidate attraction by posting positions on job boards, internal portals, and leveraging community outreach (career fairs, social media, etc.).
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
Pre-screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidate fit, coordinate interviews, and provide consultative support.
Ensure all recruitment efforts remain compliant with employment laws and organizational standards.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Track key metrics, including time-to-fill, to evaluate and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment strongly preferred).
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
Professional demeanor and excellent organizational skills.
